Operational partner

Mission Ready Contracting, LLC

For qualifying written engagements, Mission Ready Contracting may serve as the contracting prime, marketing and administrative coordinator, and disclosed Stripe merchant/payment administrator. The Purposeful Dollar performs the identified reconstruction and workpaper scope as an independent service entity. This limited arrangement does not merge the companies, their internal books, client files, licenses, tax obligations, or professional authority.

Work with TPD

A consistent handoff for partner tax firms.

TPD coordinates intake, reconstruction, fee schedules and client payment arrangements. Each accepted partner receives the authorized file for its assigned scope.

  1. Agree on the scope

Identify the filing firm, client permissions, services, fee allocation and settlement responsibilities before sharing a client file.

  2. Prepare and collect

TPD coordinates the client’s agreement and payment authorization. The preparer completes its own filing requirements and uses eligible refund-based fee collection first when agreed.

  3. Report and reconcile

The firm reports actual collections, retained fees and remittances. TPD reconciles the client balance before any authorized backup payment. Transfers owed between firms never become a second client charge.

Partner access is limited to assigned clients. TPD remains the coordination contact, and the client is informed of any change in filing firm. Access and payment permissions are established for each engagement.

Have an agreed partner statement? Remit TPD’s share through secure live payment. Include the statement reference; collection and allocation reports continue through the approved secure handoff.
